  1. Virtual Goods and Purchases
  • No Ownership: You acknowledge that you do not own the virtual items, currency, or content (“Virtual Goods”) in the game. You are granted a limited license to use them within the Service.
  • Non-Refundable: All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
  • No Monetary Value: Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money.
  1. User Conduct and Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Service to transmit any content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
  • Promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of EU, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
